There are several tests to determine cogntive decline. Some are meant to be used by medical professionals, some are to be used as a guideline. As we are not medical professionals, we would only use one developed for more generic use. We would be happy to arrange an assessement to help you make a more informed decision about the cogntive state of your loved one.
